What we store

Who sees it

The hiring company that created the verification sees the report, transcript, signals, and camera snapshots for their own candidates — and no one else's. If a company creates a public share link for a report, that shared page shows the report content but never the transcript or camera snapshots. Snapshots are never public, never shared, and never used for anything beyond the interview evidence they were taken for.

Candidate consent

Before the interview starts, candidates see what it involves, including a clear notice that the camera will take periodic snapshots. Starting the interview is how a candidate consents to this. Candidates who don't consent can simply not start the interview.

What we don't do

We don't sell data. We don't use candidate answers or images to build profiles, train public models, or market to candidates. We don't perform biometric identity matching against ID documents.

Service providers

Interview answers are processed by an AI model provider to run the interview and produce the report. Data is transmitted for that purpose only.

Deletion

Candidates and companies can request deletion of their data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We'll confirm and delete the associated transcripts, signals, snapshots, and reports.

Beta note

Proof is a beta product; this policy will get more detailed as the product matures. Changes will be dated at the top of this page. Questions: [email protected].
